Is this safe? Yes, although we don’t recommend giving any balloons to extremely young children without supervision

Are there different types of Balloon Artists?  Yes!!  We have Clowns that do Balloon Sculpting and Face Painting but we also have entertainers who ONLY do Balloon Animals who specialize in really ellaborate creations!.
